DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank and finance approval. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next day. Orders are not shipped on holidays and festive days.
If you have selected the option "Pay Shipping Fee at the Door", transportation and delivery fees vary depending on the content of the orders, the type of delivery selected, and the location of delivery. You will need to pay the transportation fee to the transportation company employee at the time of delivery. Our website makes necessary agreements with shipping companies to ensure that you pay the minimum fee for your orders.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived;

1-Your order is packaged securely for shipping and sent with Turkey's leading shipping companies.
2-The products in your order are under the guarantee of the respective companies.
3-If your package is opened, torn, or physically damaged, please do not accept delivery. Notify the courier that you do not want to accept the order due to damage. The courier will prepare a report. A copy of this report will be given to you. Please keep the relevant copy.
