Security Policy

In accordance with our Company's Security Policy; we use the most advanced security systems to ensure that our customers can shop safely and comfortably. Thanks to the 128-bit SSL in our system, your credit card information is protected from the eyes and intervention of third parties. All information exchange during the ordering process is under SSL security and all data flow is encrypted. This is practically encryption that cannot be broken. Thanks to the SSL security protocol, your credit card information provided to our website is encrypted and sent to the bank, and during this process, it is not possible for us to access this information.

Our website does not store the credit card information of any of our customers in its system. For this reason, for your own credit card security, you need to re-enter your card information at every order creation stage.

Warranty Conditions

All products sold on our website are under the guarantee of the manufacturer/importer companies. You can return the purchased product within seven (7) days from the delivery date by showing a reason, without damaging, using, and impairing the resalability of the product. However, when delivering the product, the invoice of the product, return form, the box of the product, packaging, and if any, its accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged. If any of these rules are missing, the product return will not be accepted. If the product is returned in accordance with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded. The refund will be reflected in your account within 1-3 weeks depending on the bank you work with. Payments made by wire transfer will be reflected in the account within one week at the latest.

Before sending the product, select the "Return Form" under "Topics" on our website's "Contact" section, indicate your reason, and send it to us. Then, the product return form will be sent to your email address. You need to fill out this form and send it to us. This form will be examined by the Technical Service Department and approval will be given to you. After receiving this approval, return the product.

Send the products to be returned to the Technical Service Department immediately after receiving the approval. Shipping fees are not charged for return products sent with the contracted Cargo. Cash on delivery shipments made with other cargo companies are not accepted, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the sender for such shipments.

Return Conditions

Attention: Be sure to provide your order number in all your communications regarding your order. Sold products are not returned except under the following conditions.

  • 1. In case of (*) defectiveness of the sold product,
  • 2. In case of damage to the shipment during transportation from the Cargo company (**) and if this damage is determined and the product is not accepted by the recipient, the damage will be compensated by us.
  • (*) For the acceptance of requests regarding problems with the products (problems that cannot be detected during delivery are covered by this), the following conditions must be met;
  • a) If the invoice is issued in your name and you are not a taxpayer, the invoice and delivery note issued to you; if you are a taxpayer or if you have issued the order invoice to your company, your invoice and delivery note regarding the product(s) to be returned must be sent with the products.
  • b) The return process must be initiated within two days following the delivery date.
  • c) The returned products must be sent back with the company used for delivery.
  • d) After the reason for return is evaluated, defective products will be replaced with new ones in compliance with the above-mentioned conditions. In such a case, all expenses of return and resend stages will be covered by us. If the return of the product is found not to comply with the above conditions, all expenses in the return request process will be borne by the customer.
  • (**) In case of problems originating from the delivery company; damaged packages must not be accepted and a report must be drawn up to the delivery company. If the delivery company official believes that the package is not damaged, you have the right to have the package opened there, to check that the products are delivered undamaged, and to have the situation documented with a report again. However, after the package is accepted by you, it is considered that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is drawn up, the situation must be notified to us with the copy of the report remaining with you as soon as possible. A new and healthy delivery will be provided by us as soon as possible.
  • Delivery Terms

  • The products you order will be supplied and delivered to the Cargo within 3 business days from the approval date.
  • Consumer Rights

    It is mandatory to become a member of our website to shop. Membership to the site is free of charge. Sales are not made to individuals who are not members of the site.

    Our company accepts and undertakes in advance to act in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Law No. 4822.

    Order Cancellation

    You can discuss with your customer representative for the cancellation of your order and perform the cancellation process. As a result of the cancellation process, the refund will be made within 3 (three) business days following the cancellation request.
